As a general rule, if the manufacturer, importer, or distributor determines or suspects that a product may be unsafe, they ensure the implementation of appropriate corrective actions, including withdrawal of the product from the market or its recall from consumers. In the latter case, GPSR requires that the recall notice is available in languages easily understood by consumers in the countries where the product has been made available, includes a headline with specific wording ("Product recall for safety reasons"), and contains a clear description of the product, the hazard, actions, remedies for consumers, and contact details.
The product safety assessment covers the entire period of use.
According to the obligations of the GPSR Regulation, our company, as a distributor, will notify the manufacturer without undue delay if we receive information about an accident caused by any product we have made available on the market.
In line with the GPSR Regulation, all warnings or safety information should be placed on the packaging or included in an accompanying document or applicable EU harmonized legislation, in a language easily understood by consumers, as specified by the Member State where the product is made available on the market.
Therefore, we provide you with this document in the language chosen at the top of the screen, containing, in accordance with the GPSR Regulation, detailed instructions for use, installation, warranty information, warnings, and safety considerations for the product groups we offer.
Please read its content carefully.
